Slave Contract between Husband and Wife
Stated herein are the expectations, and limitations on both parties agreeing to enter into a consensual "Master/Slave" relationship. Limits and expectations for both parties are to be agreed upon together, or not at all, at the signing of this document. However, if possible, terms can be renegotiated as needed by both parties. No one person has the right to expect the other to comply with his/her desires if that second person does not agree to comply.

- LIMITS RESTRICTIONS AND DEFINITIONS
Scenes:
A scene takes place when two, or more, members involved take on assumed, or agreed upon, roles to be acted out until the conclusion of the scene, where all involved parties have reached an agreed termination.
Scenes can extend beyond that limit, as is practical. However, as will be outlined below, no scene is to be extended beyond a "time out" period, or rest period. They may be taken place anywhere, based on the needs of the scene (eg: out/in-doors, in public, or in private, etc). However, any scene will be put on immediate pause, or if need be, termination, upon the utterance of a "safeword" or the execution of a "safe-gesture".
Safewords:
In certain scenes to be role-played, the use of the words "No" or "Stop", and so on, may or may not be practical for the execution of that particular scene. Another way to put it is that those words of protest may actually be essential to the scene being acted-out by both parties. In order to prevent potential abuse of the master's position of "dominance" or control, this contract defines the term "safeword" or "safe-gesture" as a word, or gesture, agreed to by both parties that, upon the utterance of the word, or making of the appropriate gesture (if it is not practical or possible to speak at a given moment) all role-play, and action within that particular scene shall cease and desist at once, for the sake of the slave's safety. Safewords/gestures can be all inclusive, in other words, one word/gesture for any and all scenes, or a word/gesture for each and every scene. For emergency purposes, the word "safeword", itself, maybe used, as well as any other agreed upon word.
The Slave-Week:
Though within this contract, the slave agrees to be the property of the master, it is not an all-consuming affair, that would strangle, or take over the real nature of this agreement, and that is something that is agreed to through the mutual love that one has for the other, and the mutual desire to see that love increase beyond what is already felt. Therefore, there should be a time set apart, for the review, contemplation, and possible formulations, and critiques of scenes, and time apart from the "obligations" of this contract. The "slave-week" begins on Sunday evening, 18:00 hours (6pm), and ends Friday evening, after the master returns from work for the day. Friday night shall be spent in appreciation of the slave and her energies spent through out the week, and here, the roles are reversed somewhat. The master will take the slave out to dinner, and treat her like the true queen she is. Saturday night will be spent, at home, together, having a romantic dinner for two. (Hopefully, at this point, the master will have a working idea of how to cook, and can treat the slave, for a change of pace). In essence, because of the strains of the work week, it may become necessary to indulge in fantasy and escape as a way to deal with the stress involved, for both parties. However, it is imperative that the weekends are spent as husband and wife, and as equals. It is during this time that new scenes can be worked out upon, and, if necessary, a "vacation" can be taken from enslavement. Though the contract is fairly binding, pardon the pun, it shall not by any means, override the responsibilities each member has to the other as a family.
Rape, and True-Rape:
Within this document are allusions to the act of rape. Within the parameters of this contract, rape is also known as "simulated" rape, in other words, it is only pretended. This contract defines rape as the consensual act of forcing the slave to allow sexual penetration, and contact, as necessary within the confines of a particular scene, or within the confines of acceptable discipline, and defines true rape as the penetration of another person's body with a foreign (to that body) object in a manner that is not consensual. Certain scenes involve simulated rape including the forcing of, bondage, subduing, "violence" involved with the real act. However, the major difference between true rape and simulated rape is that simulated rape is always consensual, even in an unspoken manner, and this contract does not in any way condone true-rape. If what is happening is not in agreement with the slave's own personal safety limits, and, even after the use of the safeword, it still persists, she shall then consider it to be true rape, and the contract becomes null and void, and she shall not only be exempt from further obligation, she shall be expected, and free, to pursue whatever legal action she deems as necessary.

Rights and responsibilities of the slave
Everything that is to be expected of the slave serves a two-fold nature. First, for the pleasure of the master, in being served, and secondly, adhering to the impulse to "serve" that helped her to chose to become a slave in the first place.
From here on, everything that the slave does through out her term as a slave is to be done for the pleasure, and sometimes, on the whim, of the master. In essence, she belongs to the master as his property to care for, and treat and, if necessary, to discipline. Her purpose is to serve, willingly, and cheerfully, and cater to the master's every whim, and desire, sexually, physically, and emotionally, unless what is expected of becomes morally abhorrent, and mentally repulsive, to the slave.
The slave will never be expected to participate in acts of bestiality, anal-penetration, pedophilia, necrophilia, extreme pain, severe beatings, and/or actual rape of either her, herself or anyone else that may become involved within the workings of a scene, nor will the slave be treated in a manner to which she deems as abusive, or harmful, either mentally, sexually, and/or emotionally, either to herself, or to anyone else. Here lies her largest responsibility: As the judge of her own tolerance level of what is and what is not acceptable to her, she must let the master know if/when her own personal limits have been crossed. If both are in the middle of a scene, she shall immediately stop the scene, through the use of the safeword, agreed to by both parties, and bring the matter up with the master. Though the relationship is one of a "master/slave" relationship, and "abuse" is sometimes acceptable within the parameters defined herein, this does not allow for actual harm, or for actual abuse, and it will not be condoned, tolerated, or taken lightly. If the master continues, even after the use of the safeword, the slave will be free to consider the contract void and shall be exempt from her obligations, and duties then onwards, and is further free, and expected, to pursue in legal action, if she feels it is necessary.
