                              SLAVE'S
                    General Orders and CONTRACT
     _____________________________ ("slave" herein) has made a
    commitment to forego the exercise of her ego in order to open
    herself to the use and service of her Master.  It is through
    serving her Master, and through experiencing the depth of
    submission and devotion requered to do so, that the slave will
    derive her reward.

 ORDERS:
 All of the following orders are subject to verbal modification at
 the pleasure of the Master, and the Master may impose such
 additional orders as She deems appropriate.
 1. The slave shall keep her body available for the use of the Master
    at all times.
 2. The slave shall keep her mind concentrated solely upon the
    service of the Master at all times.
 3. The slave shall demonstrate her acceptance of her role of service
    and availability at all times.
 4. The slave shall address the Master as "Ma'am" at all times
    unless given permission to do otherwise, and shall address the
    Master with respect at all times.
 5. The slave shall, at all times, respectfully request permission to
    take ANY action not expressly directed by the Master.  A reason
    must be given for such actions at the time of the request.
 6. The slave is to use the Master's space with utmost respect and
    shall always leave any area she is permitted to use in a state of
    order and cleanliness, regardless of the state she originally
    found it in.  Notwithstanding, slave shall NOT disturb any of
    Master's personal belongings without permission.
 7. The slave is not permitted to use the furniture in the Master's
    space unless given specific permission to do so.
 8. The slave is not permitted to wear body coverings in the Master's
    presence unless given permission by the Master.
 9. The Master may give the slave "free periods" in Her presence,
    during which the slave may express herself openly and freely.
    There will be no punishments applied during "free periods".  It
    is understood, however, that rule number four above is not
    suspended during the "free periods", and that the slave may be
    subsequently punished for infractions of this rule.

 ADDITIONAL ORDERS/PUBLIC CONDUCT RULES:
     [] ___ The slave shall check this box and initial her check if
            any additional rules (particularly, those applying to
            public interactions between Master and slave) apply;
            said rules shall be listed on a separate sheet and made
            part of this Contract by reference.  Slave shall mark
            out this paragraph and initial her mark if no additional
            rules apply.

 INFRACTIONS:
     The slave is to be punished for all infractions of both the
  letter and spirit of this Contract.  The form and extent of
  punishment shall be at the Master's pleasure.  The slave shall
  always thankfully accept punishment as an oppurtunity to expand in
  the service of the Master.
 LIMITS:
     The slave shall check the box applying to paragraph (a) or
  paragraph (b) below and initial her check mark; and mark out and
  initial her mark on the box applying to the other paragraph.  The
  paragraph checked shall apply for the duration of this Contract.
  [] ___ a.  Surrender.  The slave has surrendered completely to the
             Master's will and control:  the Master's judgement of
             the slave's mental and physical status and limits shall
             prevail, and the slave has no avenue of escape
             regardless of circumstances.
  [] ___ b.  Escape.  The slave may utter the Master's name if she
             feels that her physical and/or mental well-being are in
             jeopardy from the Master's actions.  The slave
             understands that use of this escape provision will
             terminate all further interaction with the Master, and
             that the slave will be expected to leave the Master's
             space immediately.
     Regardless of the above choices, the Master will not put the
  slave in a situation in which the slave is unable to express her
  limits.  No physical harm which shall require the attention of
  anyone outside the relationship shall be done to the slave.

 CONTRACT:
     The slave agrees that these terms and conditions shall be in
  effect from ________, _________________, 19___, to ________,

  and that the Master may suspend this agreement at any time.
