                     AGREEMENT OF SERVITUDE

THIS AGREEMENT OF SERVITUDE (hereinafter referred to as
"AGREEMENT" is made and entered into this _______ day
of____________, 19___, by and between __________________________
(hereinafter referred to as "MASTER") and ______________________
(hereinafter referred to as "slave").  Possession of this
AGREEMENT shall remain solely with MASTER.

                            RECITALS

WHEREAS, slave wishes to forego the exercise of his ego, and to
open himself for the use and service of MASTER as more
particularly described herein;

WHEREAS, slave wishes to relinquish to MASTER all rights and
identity which he previously enjoyed as a free man, except as
specified below;

WHEREAS, slave wishes to be trained for the use and service of
MASTER in order that he may receive favor from MASTER and
whatever emotional satisfaction such depths of submission and
devotion may bring;

WHEREAS, MASTER acknowledges the inferior station of slave and
the pleas borne of slave's former free will, and

WHEREAS, MASTER wishes to take possession of slave, assuming
beneficial enjoyment in said possession.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises,
covenants, terms and conditions contained herein, MASTER and his
slave do hereby agree as follows.

1.   Transfer of Slave.  Effective on the date of this Agreement,
slave shall freely and willingly relinquish all rights and
privileges now or hereafter accruing and which an adult male is
otherwise entitled to MASTER, including his body, his mind, and
his name.  Slave may retain in his possession only such
employment, income, and possessions necessary to maintain himself
should he live apart from MASTER.  Slave shall be bound to serve,
in complete dedication of body and mind, according to the terms
of this Agreement, as his free act, dedicating himself to MASTER,
whether for MASTER's pleasure, economic welfare, and amusement,
or to relieve Master from the burdens of the menial.

Slave shall continue in complete servitude until MASTER
emancipates him.  Slave renounces any and all other pleasures or
possessions of his own, acknowledging that any such benefits
shall be and remain the property of MASTER.  Any and all
kindnesses or courtesies which free men may come to expect as
their due, shall be denied slave as of right, but should his
betters extend such, slave shall demonstrate his gratitude in a
manner appropriately indicating that only his owner is deserving.

2.   MASTER's Possession.  Upon signing this agreement and other
documents incorporated herein by reference, MASTER shall obtain
full right and title to slave to use in whatever manner or for
any purpose he may decide.  Slave has surrendered completely to
MASTER's will and control: MASTER's judgment of slave's mental
and physical status and limits shall prevail, and He shall at all
times have the right to expect slave's honor, loyalty, and
attention without regard to any self-interest.  MASTER's rights
in slave shall be limited only as described in the PRIOR
COMMITMENTS section below.

Safe word. Regardless of the above, MASTER will not put slave in
a situation in which slave is unable to express his limits.  A
"safe" word or sign shall be assigned to slave for such
expression.  No physical harm which shall require the attention
of anyone outside the relationship shall be done to slave.

Assignments to other Masters.  Slave may be loaned to Masters or
men known by MASTER for their enjoyment and benefit, with the
same license held by MASTER.  Notwithstanding such license, the
Masters or men should never be of lesser character or honor than
MASTER.  Should their use of slave become damaging or should
they, in slave's judgment, behave in such a manner as to indicate
that they do not respect the relationship between MASTER and
slave or their essential personhood (e.g.: drunks), slave is
authorized to take whatever actions slave deems necessary to
terminate contact with such persons and return to MASTER.  Such
termination of contact shall be explained by slave and MASTER is
free, in his judgment, to override slave's decision in such
matters and to punish slave for misbehavior.

3.   Indicia of Ownership.  Without limiting MASTER's rights to
use slave as he wills and without imposing any duties or
obligations with respect to slave, MASTER may affix such physical
indicia of ownership or identifying markings on slave's person as
he deems necessary or desirable.

4.   Slave's Duties and Orders.  Slave shall at all times:

     a.   keep his body available for the use of MASTER, groom
     and clean it as Trained, and facilitate access as Ordered.

     b.   keep his mind concentrated solely upon the service of
     MASTER.

     c.   demonstrate acceptance of his role of service and
     availability by absolute obedience and commitment to MASTER
     and especially to his amusement, entertainment, pleasure,
     and freedom from tasks of a menial or degrading nature.

     d.   address MASTER as "Sir" or other salutation, as
     assigned, at all times unless given permission to do
     otherwise, and shall address MASTER with respect at all
     times.

     e.   respectfully request permission to take any action not
     expressly directed by MASTER.  A reason must be given for
     such actions at the time of the request.

     f.   use MASTER's space with utmost respect and shall always
     leave any area he is permitted to use in a state of order
     and cleanliness.  Notwithstanding, slave shall not disturb
     any of MASTER's personal belongings without express
     permission.

     g.   wear no body coverings in MASTER's presence except as
     directed or permitted by MASTER.

     h.   use no furniture in MASTER's space unless given
     specific permission to do so.

5.   MASTER may give slave "free periods" in his presence, during
which slave may express himself openly and freely.  There will be
no Punishments applied during "free periods."  It is understood,
however, that Rule 4 above is not suspended during the "free
periods," and slave may be subsequently punished for infractions
of this Rule.

All of the following orders are subject to verbal modification at
the pleasure of MASTER, and MASTER may impose such additional
orders as he deems appropriate.  Notwithstanding the absence of
any specific directions governing his conduct, slave shall act at
all times and in all circumstances in such a manner as will best
advance the interests of MASTER.  Slave shall be ever mindful of
his position of total inferiority and dependence on his MASTER.
Slave shall, in acts and words regularly and eagerly confess his
status to others and his gratitude for being found worthy to
serve.  In all things, MASTER shall be the sole and final arbiter
of the adequacy of slave's performance of his duties.  Slave
willingly consents to any and all acts of physical or mental
abuse which MASTER or other person duly authorized, may at any
time administer in his unfettered discretion whether as
punishment or for training purposes or for
entertainment/pleasure/amusement. As MASTER permits, slave shall
obtain employment immediately transferring all remuneration to
MASTER.  Slave shall refuse to accept or to continue to be
gainfully employed should MASTER so direct.  Slave shall serve in
like manner any other person MASTER authorizes.

                        PRIOR COMMITMENTS

____ slave shall check this box and initial his check if any
PRIOR COMMITMENTS exist, whether employment or existing
relationships, that may restrict slave's availability for service
and use by MASTER; slave shall provide MASTER with a separate,
detailed calendar indicating hours of availability.  No other
commitments shall be entered into by slave without the express
permission of MASTER.  Slave shall mark out this paragraph and
initial his mark if no Prior Commitments exist and shall be
available at all times to MASTER.

                        ADDITIONAL RULES

ADDITIONAL RULES, particularly those applying to public
interactions between MASTER and slave apply; said Rules may or
may not be listed on a separate sheet and made part of this
Contract by reference.  In any case such rules are imposed or
lifted at the sole discretion of MASTER.

                           INFRACTIONS

Slave is to expect PUNISHMENT for all INFRACTIONS of both the
letter and spirit of this Contract.  The form and extent of
Punishment shall be at MASTER's pleasure, and MASTER shall make
it clear to slave that he is being punished when Punishment
occurs.  Slave shall always thankfully accept Punishment as an
opportunity to expand in the service of MASTER.

                            CONTRACT

Slave freely consents to all the terms and conditions shall be in
effect immediately upon affixing signature to this AGREEMENT, and
that MASTER may suspend this agreement at any time.
