Suspension stirrups from http://www.Mr-S-Leather.com

Suspension stirrups are used in suspension bondage to allow a person to be suspended from their feet. Suspension stirrups are usually designed to be used whilst wearing boots, and are usually uncomfortable when worn with bare feet or stockings. When correctly used, they spread the weight of the suspended person evenly across the feet and ankles. Stirrups tend to be used in conjection with a suspension bar and hoist.
