Body bag
A body bag is a leather, rubber or canvas bag in which a bottom can be restrained. They are typically close-fitting with lacing and straps to ensure that once in, the bottom cannot escape. Body bags are suitable for long-term bondage sessions as they do not stress the body in any way likely to cause damage.
Doing a quick web search (in May 2008), I was able to find prices for the following items:

A few inexpensive "pervertible" alternatives are:

There are also inflatable body bags that fit particularly snugly against the prisoner's body, allowing for extra strict immobility and an intense feeling of being enclosed.
Body bags are particularly suitable for long-term bondage sessions, as they do not put any strain on the body that could lead to damage.
