Handcuff Warehouse is the ultimate source of restraints. We have the largest catalog of handcuffs, keys, medical restraints & disposable restraints on the internet. We have two warehouses stocked with an inventory of every product on our website. Our expert staff can field questions about any product on the website and has a wealth of knowledge about modern & historic handcuffs.

Handcuff Warehouse was founded in 2001, when owner Chris Patzer started selling handcuffs on eBay. At first the business was headquartered in a basement in Chicago. By the fall 2001, the first Handcuff Warehouse website was born. We quickly started selling products from American Handcuff Company, Peerless Handcuff Company, Hiatt, and Smith & Wesson. We later moved to Norfolk VA, our current home.

Over the years, we have seen brands come & go and have even created some of our own. Handcuff Warehouse owns multiple brands such as Chicago Handcuff Company, Tuff-Tie and KeyCuff. We have a large selection of proprietary products such as the Cuff-Lock, a heavy-duty padlock that opens with a standard handcuff key.

We take a lot of pride in our service & products. We have the largest in stock selection of handcuffs & restraints and can fill both large & small orders the same day we receive them. We are the only company (in any category) to offer free engraving on most of our products. We believe having your name, department name or custom message is the perfect way to keep track of equipment you own.
