Fuck, when used about sex, is a slang term generally meaning to have sex with, especially penetrative sex; (see sexual intercourse and anal intercourse). By extension, it refers to not just vaginal or anal penetration, but to penetration of any bodily orifice, such as fellatio (mouth fucking).
The word "fuck" is often used as an expletive adjective or adverb.
A range of folk-etymological backronyms, such as "fornication under consent of the king", "for unlawful carnal knowledge", or "fornication under carnal knowledge" are all demonstrably false.
