Mouth fucking is a way of referring to oral sex. The term is usually applied where vigorous or aggressive behavior is involved but there are varying usages. As with any form of fellatio, cunnilingus or anilingus, the lips, tongue and mouth have sexual contact with the penis, vulva or anus.

In a gay male context, it usually means fellatio.

In a lesbian context, it would usually imply cunnilingus, especially where the receiver is prone - the antithesis of facesitting.

In heterosexual sex where the woman is topping a man, it usually implies cunnilingus and where the man is top, it will usually be a form of fellatio where the woman is kneeling or lying fairly still while the man uses his penis to thrust into her mouth.
