A uterine orgasm, or womb orgasm, refers to an orgasm of the uterus, typically caused by stimulating an area just outside the cervix, the cervix itself, or the vaginal wall adjacent to the uterus. Uterine orgasms can also happen without any stimulation. Some anecdotal evidence suggests that this is a distinct type of sexual climax.
