A ruined orgasm is a technique, usually used by a woman dominating a man, of allowing physical sexual release while denying psychological satisfaction. For example, in erotic sexual denial, a man might let a woman control when he is allowed to have an orgasm. Sometimes, of course, however strong his will to submit, he may start coming without permission. If that happens, the dominant woman might choose to "ruin" his orgasm. She could do so by breaking physical contact the moment he starts to come, talking about a decidedly unerotic topic while he is still orgasming, inflicting pain of a sort that she knows he does not find erotic, etc.
