Stu Mead (born 1955 in Iowa) is an American painter living in Berlin, Germany. In 1987 he earned a B.F.A from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. He is primarily-known for girl art incorporating strong elements of sexual fantasy, fetish and taboo themes, including adolescent sexuality and bestiality. His work could be said to exist somewhere between Balthus and good-girl artist Bill Ward. He is a member of NO!art.
Stu Mead also has done at least one work of spanking art, titled "Spanking" (M/f, see link below).
Stu Mead has been listed as a spanking artist on SAOTK.
