The Spirit is a contemporary spanking artist.
His artwork comes in two different styles: cartoon style drawings, and drawings which seem to be (at least in part) based on photographs. The latter are a bit darker in shade and color. In either case, The Spirit's art typically has high contrasts and vivid colors, and his preferred pairing is F/F.
He runs a spanking paysite since 1997 of the name The Spirit's Studio.
It is unsure if he has contributed to (or published?) a spanking magazine named Spiritworks or Spiritworks Art (as suggested by this image).
In 2004, he has published a compilation of his art in book form: Spank Me - The Art of the Spirit (ISBN 3-936709-09-2), published and printed by Goliath Books (96 pages, hardcover, in several languages).
The Spirit has been listed as a spanking artist on SAOTK.
