Fritz is a graphic artist who wrote and drew the 44-page M/F adult BDSM/spanking comic The Fear of Flogging, published by B&D Pleasures in 1998. He may or may not be identical to Brian Tarsis -- while the cover states "An SM novel written and drawn by Fritz", Amazon lists Brian Tarsis as the author of the work.
The signature of Fritz is the word FRITZ with a circle around the F.
Fritz has been listed as a spanking artist on SAOTK.
