Cutie Spankee
Cutie Spankee was the first proper Japanese spanking membership website. It's F/F and since it was founded in 2003 it has maintained a steady output of one new 10-minute video a week since then.
The selling point of Cutie Spankee is that their scenarios are colourful and even cheerful. The punishments are thorough but not extreme. Costumes play a large part of Cutie Spankee; the cosplay extends to nurses, schoolgirls, waitresses, airline stewardesses, sports teams, maids, offices and businesses, even swimteams. This is in addition to governesses, mother/daughter, sisters and aunt/niece that is usual in domestic spankings. It varies week by week through institutional or domestic spanking.
The typical spanking in Cutie Spankee is in two parts, first a hand-spanking followed by an implement that is scene specific. Hairbrushes and rulers in domestic scenes; canes, straps, paddles and crops in school or work scenarios.
The site had a set cast, namely Yurina, the webmistress, a switch who starred in many of the videos and several dozen reoccuring girls, most off whom were spankees. The cast would often create long standing characters.
The website is owned and run by John Moore and Yurina who was a major star of the site. Yurina has suffered a major illness in 2005 and has been unable to film more than a few videos since (she was last seen in mid-2006 for a single summer special). Still active in the message boards, she assures members that the current group of spankers will be able to keep the other naughty girls in line during her prolonged absence.
Releases of new material comes in a set pattern. On Saturday the images - stills and images from the filming - are released in gallery form, usually a total of 50 or more.
On Wednesday the video is loaded. It comes in three clips of about 4 minutes each, downloadable in either realmedia (.rm) or windows video (.wmv) format. A preview picture and text teaser of the next weeks release are available from Saturday. More than 300 gallerys have been filmed so far and these are all available from their site. Membership is $21.00 for the first month and $19.95 from then on.
As with all major and legal Japanese spanking sites, they have to conform to the legal requirement that no nudity be allowed, so bare bottom punishments are carefully filmed and there is no frontal nudity at all on this site.
