Judgment against for Copyright Infringement [ http://www.SickPuppy.com ]

Paul G. Kent-Snowsell, counsel to the Sweet Entertainment Group of Companies is pleased to announce the awarding of $1,586.250.00 in statutory damages and $1, 586,250.00 for willful infringement to Sweet Entertainment Group and Sweet Productions Inc. in the United States District, Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, against Defendants The Marin Group, Inc., DateApp Inc. Kenneth G. Farrar and John-Michael Cataldi. The Plaintiffs were also awarded attorney fees.

The case was launched against the Internet Website [ http://www.SickPuppy.com ] for its unauthorized, unlicensed, and infringing use of Sweet’s copyrighted images. The Defendants denied infringement and continued to use Sweet’s images, even after being advised of the infringement.

Mr. Steve Sweet, the President, acknowledges once again the efforts of Mr. Kent-Snowsell in obtaining this sizable award and to local counsel in Georgia, Mr. Steve Yaklin, Esq.
