Notes: The edition of v. 1930 continues our coverage frontispiece, illustrations Inserts are printed in red ink. / The 1930s edition uses o frontispiece On The Cover And The illustrations are printed in red ink. Some illustrations in this volume, long hair and dress, frou-frou female characters seem to date from before the Great War, but those who have short-haired women suggest they date from 1920. It is possible, as was the case with other works of this kind, the book was printed before or around 1914, but could not be distributed until the early 1920s, which would explain the presence illustrations of two different eras.
