Gloria G. Brame also known as Gloria Glickstein Brame (born August 20, 1955) is a American writer and sex therapist based in Athens, Georgia. She has a PhD and MPH in Human Sexuality and is a licensed clinical sexologist. Her practice specializes in consensual BDSM and sexual fetishism. She is also a lifestyle dominant.

Her two most notable books are Different Loving: the World of Sexual Dominance and Submission and the more recent Come Hither: A Commonsense Guide To Kinky Sex. The latter book was selected as the "official guide to kinky sex" by the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.

She also founded the first on-line BDSM support group, a part of the Human Sexuality Forum on Compuserve, in 1987 and has contributed articles to Cosmopolitan Magazine, Redbook, Working Woman, and Maxim Magazine.
