Francis Dedobbeleer, aka Francis Loup ("Loup" being the French word for Wolf), is best known as the founder and promoter of several large-scale fetish events and parties, most notably Nuit Demonia.

Loup was also noted for publishing supportive articles for specific fetish and BDSM events and people in "underground" journals including "Moda Moda" (now defunct) and later "Secret" magazine, where he became a staff editor. He later began publishing his own series of books and magazines including "Sentiment Moderne" and "Talons Aiguilles", along with other publications of the Demonia Group including "Cruella" and "D Magazine".

One of Dedobbeleer's most recent publications was the 2007 "Rendez-vous" (Tabou Editions), a photographic guide to several notable fetish-specific evenings around the world including London, Paris, Tokyo, Brussels, and Amsterdam. "Rendez-vous" carries several photographs made by Francis Loup.
