Gates of Hell

A cock cage is a set of straps (usually of leather) or metal rings that encase the penis. They are usually designed to be so tight as to prevent an erection.

A popular design, Gates of Hell, consists of a series of metal rings (usually five or six) joined by a strip of leather.
