Aimé Van Rod was a French author and a major contributor to early 20th century French spanking literature. His books were illustrated by different artists and published by Édition Parisienne and Librairie Artistique et Édition Parisienne Réunies.
"Aimé Van Rod" is obviously a pseudonym: Aimé Van Rod means 'to love the rod'.
