Sweating (also called perspiration or transpiration) is the act of emitting a watery, salty fluid through the sweat glands in the skin of mammals, including humans.
Sweating is increased by nervousness, nausea, hot weather, and physical activity. Some people suffer from abnormally increased perspiration, called hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating can also be a sign of a shock or other medical emergency and is then called diaphoresis.
Sweating during spanking
It is normal for both the spanker and the spankee to heat up and sweat a lot during a spanking. Especially the spankee will often be surprisingly wet with sweat all over his or her body after only a few minutes of being spanked.
As in sports, liquid lost through sweating should be replaced by drinking water. The removal of clothing is also often a blessing when strong sweating occurs.
