The Power Exchange

The original "Power Exchange" was primarily a four story, gay sex club and was located on Otis Street. It had one floor set aside for BDSM people. The Jones street location was opened as "The Substation", a venue for BDSM/couples.

When Otis Street venue was closed, Mike Peters moved to Las Vegas to open a new venue and the Jones Street location became the San Francisco home of "The Power Exchange".
