"This is the study of a pretty teenager and a great lady, vicious, beautiful, and intelligent. Like all cerebral women, she indulges in the worst lusts, the most disconcerting pleasures and the most excessive." Source: Dutel vol. 1, no. 370.
Georges/Georget is the first and only published volume of a trilogy project entitled "Women of the world & blue blood".
Regarding the original edition published in Paris in 1908, Jean-Pierre Dutel indicates that Georges is the first book by Pierre Dumarchey , but he may have published 3 works previously, namely Le Masochisme en Amérique , in 1905, L’Homme-chien (1st version of La Comtesse au Fouet ) and Le Journal d'une masseuse , in 1906.
