Crotchless clothing is any item of clothing that would normally cover the crotch but instead has a large hole or slit there. This may be to allow access to the genitals or to facilitate toileting.
Examples of such clothing are catsuits, bodystockings, tights, leotards and panties.
Sometimes, rather than the hole or slit, there is a zip.
