A clothes brush.

A clothes brush is a brush used to clean clothes from dust, lint, hair and loose dirt.

Clothing brushes come in various sizes, with and without a handle. The ones with a handle are similar to a hairbrush or bath brush and can be used for spanking. The business end of the brush is usually oval or rectangular.
