The title page of Frédérique by Don Brennus Aléra (1921).
Select Bibliothèque was a French publishing house of erotic fetish and spanking literature in the "golden age" of early 20th century French spanking literature (1907 to 1939).
Select Bibliothèque, located in Paris, published works by Don Brennus Aléra, Bernard Valonnes, and Roland Brévannes (which are probably all pseudonyms of the same author). Other authors featured are Jean Guérard and Jean d'Agérur.
Artists featured include Tack, Mas, Esbey, Selby, and Selbey - which are also believed to be pseudonyms of Roland Brévannes.
