In order to assure a perfect fit, take a moment to carefully measure yourself in inches with a flexible cloth tape. For regular panties take your waist measurement just under your stomach (belly) where you usually wear your pants, For high-waist panties, measure just above your navel, or at the widest part of your stomach. Measure your thigh at a slight angle.
For women's panties, consider the waist size below as a hip measurement. When measuring yourself for a slip, do so around your stomach.
