Military role play refers to a type of role playing in which the one person takes the role of an superior officer and the other takes the role of a lower ranked soldier or sailor, often a lowly ranked cadet.
This kind of role play is often centered around the scenario where the lowly ranked soldier is being punished for breaking rules. This kind of play tends to be extremely aggressive and formal in its approach and the punishments involved may involve humiliating and menial tasks and periods of imprisonment. It may also involve some level of corporal punishment.
Participants may wear uniforms for authenticity and mete out military discipline
