Good morning from Toronto, dear friends.
Most of us never met him - but I’m quite certain all of us were familiar with this Damsel in Distress photos and videos. Jim Hunter was a quiet giant and was simply the master of the digital art of photographic Damsels in Distress, ‘Consensual Non-Consent’ style, within our entire overall global SM and fetish community.
He passed yesterday at 66 and leaves behind a massive legacy which simply will be difficult to match with his studio work. If you don’t recognize the name, you certainly know his work made alongside his late wife Gigi.
In his own words:
‘I will always love my Gigi and long for the day when I can join her.’
That reunion was yesterday. I don’t post very much anymore, but I felt it fitting to pass along this sad news to all friends and fans in memory of and in tribute to of his deviantly delicious work. I never met him - but I’m sure many of you within the overall SM collective likely did and may have wished to know. Like all of us, he assuredly had his detractors and nay-sayers … but he did give us some outrageously fun content as his years passed. I for one will miss his talents, and I am fairly certain I’m not alone …
