Bondage and catsuits are an effective partnership. The victim is in a double layer of restraint, from the catsuit and the bondage. Of course, the victim cannot remove the catsuit unless he or she first escapes from the bondage.

There is also an aesthetic effect. If the victim is wearing a shiny latex suit, it contrasts very effectively with the rope.
