Vegetable oil is oil obtained from the seeds or nuts of vegetable growth. Common examples are corn, sunflower, peanut, coconut, safflower, rapeseed, cottonseed and soybean oils.

Vegetable oils are usually edible and used for cooking and preparing food (cooking oil). However, they also have industrial use.

Vegetable oil as a pervertible

Vegetable oil (cooking oil) can greatly enhance masturbation. Just put a few drops of oil (not too much) on the glans penis and on your palm/fingers, and spread it gently to cover all of the glans penis. A thin film of oil makes this very sensitive area somewhat slippery and changes how touch feels. It also improves an erection as it makes the skin of the glans penis more stretchable. It can be preferable to both 'dry' masturbation and to water-based lubricants such as commercial sexual lubricants, lather, lotions, lubricants or saliva.

Vegetable oil can be used for female masturbation as well (on the clitoris). It can also be used as a lubricant for sexual intercourse. However, it should never be used with condoms and latex or rubber based sex toys because any oil will damage such material. This is the main reason why commercial sexual lubricants are generally water or silicone-based, and never oil-based.

An eyedropper or a plastic bottle with a narrow opening such as those used for hair dye make perfect containers for this purpose as they are small, handy, and allow the controlled dispensing of single drops.

Warmed-up oil

For an even better effect, warm up the oil on a stove or in a microwave oven before use - but be careful it's not too hot, it could easily burn you. Oil warmer than room temperature feels extremely good and erotic on the skin. It's very simple, but effective.

Vegetable oil for massage

Vegetable oil, e.g. coconut oil, is also very helpful in giving a massage to make the skin slippery. Again, warmed-up oil, if available, is better than cold oil.
