Suspender Boots

A suspender boot (American garter boot) is a thigh boot that has suspenders at the top so that it may be fixed to a suspender belt.

Such boots are sometimes part of superheroine costumes, for example Silk Spectre as played by Malin Akerman in the film Watchmen.
