A spanking bike is a spanking machine that works on the self-spanking priciple: The user mounts a kind of exercise bicycle and works pedals with their feet (or sometimes, operates a kind of crankset with their hands). This spins a wheel on which one or more straps, slappers or rods (or other spanking instruments) are mounted such that when the wheel rotates, these will spank the person's bottom. No outside source of energy is needed. The faster the pedals are worked, the harder the spanking.

Spanking bikes in fiction

Spanking bikes have been occasionally featured in spanking fiction. For instance, there is a drawing of such a bike by Sassy Bottoms.

Spanking bikes in real life

In 2001, Joe W. Armstrong of Tennessee received US Patent No 6293874 for his User-operated amusement apparatus for kicking the user's buttocks. Instead of delivering spanks, this machine kicks the user's bottom with boots. But otherwise the technical principle is much the same.

There was a *line* to get on this thing!

An operating spanking bike was put up in 2006 at the Coachella Music & Arts Festival in California, and in 2008 at the Maker Faire, San Mateo, California. Apparently riding this bike was a great fun among the children attending this fair with their parents.
