A spanking T-shirt is a T-shirt with spanking-related imprint. Such T-shirts are usually humorous (rarely erotic) and are bought and worn both by spankophiles and by vanilla people. The imprint can be an image (such as a spanking drawing), a slogan (text) or a combination of text and image.

There are even T-shirts for kids, toddlers and babies with lines such as "I enjoy a good spanking" (see photos below).
