Sanctuary LAX is a 7,000 sq ft studio is located just minutes from Los Angeles International Airport. Conveniently located next to the 405 Freeway with easy access for both our local community members as well as our out-of-town guests with free on-site secure parking. Sanctuary features seven independent theme rooms and a 2,000 Sq ft spacious main showroom with a 16’ x 16’ stage with sound and lighting. Sanctuary LAX is perfect for all your rental needs including professional and private room rentals , photo and video rentals and special events. We also accommodate obernight or extended stays and feature on-site shower and laundry facilities.

We are now available for photo and video rentals as well as for personal, private and professional use. Room rentals are available by appointment. Same day rental appointments can be made by calling to book a room rental and reserve a particular room. Our professional Dominant, Switch and submissive members of Sanctuary Studios are now arranging their own appointments. SANCTUARY LAX HAS A CERTIFICATE OF COVID-19 SAFETY COMPLIANCE FROM THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMRNTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. YOUR SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US.
For the safety of everyone, we will be enforcing safety protocols. Face masks and/or face shields will be required and we will be asking everyone a few questions and taking temperatures of everyone entering the building. We have implemented strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols as directed by the CDC, WHO, the State of California and the County of Los Angeles.
