Kay O'Hara is a Canadian pinup glamour model currently residing outside Toronto, ON. Kay was named among the Top 10 Modern Pinups in an article published by AskMen.com defining the ten most influential pinups in the genre. Kay began her online tribute to classic and modern pin-up in 1999 with her site klassnsass.com, whose name changed to pinupglamour.com in early 2001. The Members Area of PinupGlamour.com closed in July 2012.

A pin-up girl, Kay's image has been painted in over 250 pinup artworks and is the muse for several internationally acclaimed pinup and contemporary artists, including Jack Henslee, Kim Harlow, Barbara Jensen, Lorenzo DiMauro, Monte Moore, Susan Heidi, and Jessica Dougherty. Kay has also been rendered in art by Jon Hul and was included in his "Jon Hul Sexy Art Book". Kay's classic pinup images may be seen in print and calendars - Kay was chosen as the sole Canadian pinup representative for the German-based Pinup Animal Rescue 2009 Project.

Kay's image was featured as the Miss April, Miss May, Miss September, and Miss October Pinup in the sold-out marketing campaign for Eidos Battlestations: Midway PC and X-Box game. See Kay as the "Teacher" card in the popular Wench board game, drawn by artist Monte Micheal Moore (artist for Lucasfilm, Marvel Comics, and DC Comics).
