Biographical Information
Maya Ababadjani (born ✦January 3, 1984) is a Lebanese-Danish actress. Her biological parents were Lebanese Christians, but she was adopted by a Danish family at an early age. Maya Ababadjani, sometimes also known as Maya Sørensen, made her first appearances in erotic movies like, Maya and Maya's Dating, but recently she has also been participating in non-erotic Danish movies like Beton Hjerter (Concrete Hearts) and Pusher II.
The erotic movies she has been participating in have all been produced by the well-known Danish porn producer Michael Zile.
Because of her Arab background, her choice of profession has been seen as a problem by some Muslims living in Denmark, and Ababadjani has received death threats from these Muslims on several occasions. Apart from the threats, a Muslim man physically assaulted her in Copenhagen.
Ababadjani has responded to the assaults and threats by promising to continue her career in the pornographic industry.
