Lingerie football

Lingerie football is a version of American football played by women. Apart from helmets, shoulder pads, elbow pads, knee pads, socks and boots for protection, players wear only bras, suspenders (but not stockings) and panties.

Formerly, there was an organised contest between teams in the Lingerie Football League. However, in January 2013 it was announced that this league would become the Legends Football League and, instead of lingerie, the players would wear a uniform. Illustrations on the site show that apart from protective wear, it consists of just hotpants and a crop top designed to show cleavage.

The game is also played in Australia.
