Kato

Kato Kahoru (also spelled Katoh Kahoru) is (or was) a (probably Japanese) artist who created F/f spanking illustrations. Kato's artwork are black and white inked drawings with vintage/historical settings (around the Victorian era, 1850 to 1900, according to the style of dress).

Kato Kahoru illustrated the spanking novel A Titanic Orphan.
