Joanne Link
Joanne Link was a lifestyle submissive to her husband and modeled from 1974-1976.
Harmony Publications produced several magazines containing her photos and was featured in Bondage Life (magazine) issue numbers #1 and #2. Many of her photos showed her bound in very elaborate leather harnesses.
She and her husband lived in Northern California.
He was a aircraft ferry pilot and was killed during an aircraft crash.
Inside cover of magazine to right reads:
- A memorial ...
- Jay Wells
He loved bondage, and he applied it well. He was dedicated to the subtle sexual nuances of certain clothing. He could handle a camera and he had easy access to acquiescent, obedient females.
Even more, he was a good businessman who seemed capable of building up a large clientele anxious for his special materials.
Had he managed to lose his way to the airport that night, and he somehow become ensnarled in Chicago's traffic, had fate not contrived to have him board an airplane that was not capable to clear the fences of O'Hare, who knows?… Maybe Jay Wells would be today's most significant force in bondage commerce. It seems like he was the right guy at the right time.
