Jameslovebirch is an American artist, writer, editor, and occasional creator of corporal punishment fetish films.
An aficionado of film and film history (including mainstream, underground, and fetish films), he is also interested in Victorian and Edwardian era as well as prewar to mid-20th century corporal punishment erotica.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and currently lives on the coast of New England. His pen name is an homage to James Lovebirch, which in turn is a pseudonym used by one or more authors of vintage S&M novels.
