Uploading

On the left hand side-bar, you click on the "Upload file" button. The "source filename" is the full path and filename on your computer. Destination filename defaults to the "source filename". Summary box should include a brief description and where you found the file. (Please do not upload copyrighted pictures unless you hold the copyright. (You must be logged in to upload any files.)

Adding pictures in articles

While editing the article you wish to place your picture, type the fullname of the file. Use your mouse to highlight the filename, and press the "image" button at the immediate left of the edit window (the middle button).

Options

[[Image:Filename.jpg|thumb|left|100px|]]

The above command places a 100 pixel thumbnail on the left.

• if the "thumb" command is left out, the full size picture will be presented
• left can be left, center or right
• 100px can be any size from 50px up to the full size of the picture
