Four D Rubber
4 D Rubber Co is a firm supplying mainly wholesale quantities of latex sheeting, with no need for an account and online ordering for 5m lengths. They use both natural and artificial rubber.
For many years Four D has been the leading supplier of latex sheeting to fashion and fetish clothing makers worldwide. Their range of Supatex sheeting has a range of colours, with vibrant and Pearlsheen metalic-look the most recently added.
Four D Rubber Company was set up in 1964 to develop a proprietary process for the continuous casting of latex sheeting. The company was bought out in 1998 and under new ownership has had substantial additional investment in capacity and ancillary processes. The company is located in Heanor, Derbyshire. Pre-vulcanised liquid latex from Malaysia and Thailand is bought in, mixed in to batches and then run in a process similar to extrusion. Sheeting from 0.15mm to 3mm is available in widths up to 4 metres wide.
