The Five Elements required to sustain life are:

  • Air
  • Water
  • Food
  • Purpose
Purpose is a cohesive and evolving state of life, and both are required
  • Contact with others
this helps develop purpose and provides feedback

Imagine your five fingers with a rubber band around the outside of your fingers. If there is no tension and the rubber band will fall to the floor. To much force and the rubber band will break.
