Fetish Evolution
The Fetish Evolution Weekend is Germany’s "best" and internationally most important fetish event. The Fetish Evolution Weekend is held in Essen, Germany, in one of Germany’s formerly most important regions, called "Ruhrpott" after World War II. The region is now transforming from an industrial center to a high-tech and service region. Near Essen is the capital of Nord-Rhine Westphalia, Düsseldorf, which is actually (due to the IGEDO fair) one of the most important cities in fashion after New York, Paris and London. Some kilometers further south you will find the metropolis of Cologne, which has many big subcultures.

The Fetish Evolution has been visited by a lot of internationally very successful models and artists like Emily Marilyn, Sister Sinister, Darenzia, Bianca Beauchamp, Rubberella, Dante Posh, Ruby Luster, Carmen Rivera and many others. After her first visit, Emily Marilyn announced in her private journal that the Fetish Evolution is the best party in Germany. She confirmed it after her second visit to Essen in the third year of Fetish Evolution. She wrote down in her diary on her famous website: "Last night was the main night of the Fetish Evolution event. It was the party of the year, hands down! I co-hosted the event with the AMAZING Paul Nathan. A big kiss to him for taking such good care of me!"
The Fetish Evolution Weekend consists of the Pre-party which is normally held in the nice location of the Fiasco Club in the center of Essen. Only in 2007 the location was not free so the organizers had to search for another alternative. This party is usually held on Friday. On Saturday morning the first day of the two day long expo starts. In the evening there is Nuit Bizarre Dinner ongoing is the Nuit Bizarre Party in the Fabrica Italiana. This is a location on two floors. Upstairs are the shows and the Dinner while downstairs the party takes place.
On Sunday the Fetish Evolution Weekend ends with the expo and in the evening the big annual Fetish Evolution Ball in a wonderful and huge location, which was known as the “mudiART". Today the location is named “Delta" but it is still the same look, same location and same atmosphere. The location has many different halls and also a dungeon in the cellar. The “Delta" grabs up to 3500 people in what is the biggest and finest fetish location in all the world.
With about 1700 visitors at the Fetish Evolution Weekend in 2006 and due to the circumstances that the Ball took place on Easter Monday instead of Sunday the Fetish Evolution Weekend was with 1000 visitors in 2007 the best visited fetish party in Germany.
