For the fifty-plus years that BackDrop operated, the club provided space for independent contractors, professional dominants, switches, and submissives to rent space for private sessions.

For those who wished to be "on staff" with the club, we had a few special requirements. They were not allowed to date or hold sessions anywhere except at BackDrop without prior notification, and they were required to attend a minimum number of club events each month.

Unless they had prior training, they underwent twenty to fifty hours of training with other members of the BackDrop Staff. Robin was involved in the training of two "interns" each month. (Quick math: two interns per month over forty years means the training of over one thousand professional dominants, switches, and submissives.)
