Whose truth?

While talking to a friend a few days ago, the question of truth came up.

Personal truth
This is the truth and reality as I know it. I have my own feelings about religion, and I have a feeling that they are unlike anyone else's feelings or beliefs. they are based upon what I can see, taste or touch and strongly based in science. For example, I have my own feelings about traffic laws, but they are always based on prima facie limits. (One should never exceed basic safety first limits!)
Communal truth
This is the truth that my friends and I agree to be the truth and real. there is a saying that friends should not talk about "politics, sex, religion or cars". Although we can discuss/argue these topics for hours on end, there is no way to win any of these arguments. I cannot alter your personal truth, b ut after a long period of time, you may alter your personal truth. The communal truth is what we as a group agree to disagree upon. For example, we as a group have decided is not a good idea to speed in a school zone.
Objective truth
Objective truth is that ultimate truth and it is real: regardless of what my friends and I say or do. none of this had anyway of changing the way gravity works.

I guess what I am saying is that each of us must establish our own truth and laws that do not interfere or contramand (to any large degree) those of Community: we need to get along. We, as a community (locally or globally) must not create more chaos than manageable. We also must take heed of "objective truths". It is not advisable to leap from a building on this planet: gravity always works!

My father used to joke about altering the "Law of Gravity". Think about it. Cars would astronomical gas mileage, tires would never wear out, buildings could be built for a lot less money. Unfortunately, Weight Watchers would go out of business|
