Teratophilia

Teratophilia is a technical term for a sexual attraction to 'deformed' or 'monstrous' people. A teratophiliac is someone who is attracted to such people. Teratophilia is a category of paraphilia. The expression "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" reflects this attraction to people with an unusual appearance.
