  3. You are responsible for cleaning up behind yourself, especially after sessions using the bathroom.
  4. Place items that do not belong to you back where you found them. Anything used by you, or your session person, in a session or not, should be cleaned and returned to their appropriate places immediately after use.
  5. The kitchen is primarily for use of those people who live here. If you use any food, replace it. If you use the stove, make sure all burners are turned off. If you use dishes, glassware, coffee cups, ashtrays, etc., wash, dry and replace them to their respective storage areas.
  6. Plan to do personal laundry at home. Laundry privileges are not a basic right. They are not available to Staff members who do not work double shifts and/or a minimum of forty hours a week.
  7. Wear street clothes in all areas open to public.
  8. The number of people in reception areas should be kept to a minimum.

STAFF WORKING REQUIREMENTS

  1. No Staff member will date, meet, go shopping with, etc., any person they have met here, without letting Robin know. This rule is for your safety. If you are not interested in your own safety you deserve disciplinary action.
  2. Reception areas will be manned at all times we are open.
  3. Phones will not be turned on until we are ready to open for business.
  4. You will not be allowed to maintain a Staff position and work elsewhere doing the same or related type of work without written permission.
  5. The BackDrop Club house will be open from Noon until 8pm, Tuesday through Sunday for non members. BackDrop members may make appointments to use the clubhouse at anytime from ten am until midnight, seven days a week. A member of the BackDrop Staff should be available whenever we are open.
  6. Before Friday of each week, complete the weekly time schedule for the following week. You must comply with the schedule you have posted.
  7. Do not enter or leave the building without checking in.

  9. Each Staff member will keep his/her membership file current and notify Robin of any changes in address and/or telephone numbers.
  10. Staff members will be expected to keep their club dues current. You may attend certain club events per month in lieu of paying dues. You should expect to pay for the event, or to find someone to act as an escort for you.
  11. Plan to attend (and be chair person at) several events each month.
  12. Staff member are required to attend all scheduled Staff meetings.

  1. Every appointment should be logged in the appointment book.
  2. If you make an appointment, you will be expected to be here when that person arrives.
  3. Do not consider an appointment firm until the person is in the building and you are talking to them. If a person is more than fifteen minutes late, consider the appointment void.
  4. The priority for appointments is: Members before nonmembers; on time before late people; late people before people without appointments. This priority is to be used, unless the person with the higher priority agrees to the change.
  5. A session card must be completed for every session, paid or free.
  6. Session receipt samples are in the receipt book. They must have session date and time, the time the session is to begin, the person's first name, date of birth, the type and location of the session, and the method of payment.
  7. The white receipt stays with the session card. The yellow copy is yours.
  8. All session fees must be reported. Session fees include gifts received in exchange for a session. Any money which is asked for is not a tip. Tips are money which is offered by the client, after the session is completed for an exceptional performance by the Staff member
