Biography

Dalush was born in June 1989 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire , England , to a family of Scottish and Mexican descent. She did not have a good childhood. Her father was not always at home, and in several interviews, Dalush described her mother as an irresponsible and immature person.

Before entering the porn industry, Ava Dalush started out as a webcam girl and as a TV Chat host. A company contacted her, interested in having her as a model. At the same time, the English version of Playboy did the same for a photo shoot. She went to London, where she met porn actress Samantha Bentley and directors Gazzman and Scarlet Revell at an XBIZ expo, who encouraged her to try out as an actress.

Encouraged by how she turned out, despite the nerves she confirmed in interviews, she decided to enter the porn industry in October 2012 at the age of 23.

She has worked for production companies such as 21Sextury, Evil Angel, New Sensations, Harmony, and Jules Jordan Video.

About her stage name, Ava acknowledges that it arose as an inspiration in a supermarket, first deriving into Eva and then into Ava. Regarding her last name, she seemed to have a particular obsession with the letter D, from which the name Dalush formed her name.

In 2014, she received her first two major nominations for the AVN Awards. The first for Foreign Female Performer of the Year and the second for Best Sex Scene in a Foreign Production for the film Private Gold 162: 19th Birthday Present: the Greatest Orgy.

In 2015 she received an AVN Award nomination for Best POV Sex Scene for Doctor Whore Porn Parody. That same year she received an XBIZ Award nomination for Foreign Female Performer of the Year and won the award for Best Sex Scene in a Vignette Film for I Love My Hot Wife.

In March 2015, she was named Pet of the Month by Penthouse magazine. In January 2016, Dalush was also proclaimed Danni Girl of the Month.

In 2016, she repeated at the XBIZ Awards for Foreign Female Performer of the Year and Best Lesbian Sex Scene at the AVN Awards for the film Mother's Little Helper.

Retired in 2018, she went on to film more than 260 films as an actress.
